At Berkshire Mazda, we aim to please. This is why we always make sure to have a big selection of vehicles, in addition to a variety of different models, body types, and trims. For example, we have the 2020 Mazda3, which comes in both a sedan and a hatchback.
Mazda3 Sedan and Mazda3 Hatchback Details
Power and Performance
Both the Mazda3 sedan and hatchback come standard with a 186-horsepower 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. With the hatchback, however, you can instead opt for a 6-speed manual transmission. Regardless of which style you go with, you will get an extremely athletic and agile car that you will love driving. Front-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available.
Five people can fit in both the sedan and hatchback. Cloth upholstery comes standard in the sedan, while the Mazda3 hatchback gets synthetic leather. Available features for both include heated front seats, an 8-way-power-adjustable driver’s seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a rear-seat center armrest.
If you frequently need to travel with a lot of stuff, you’ll appreciate all of the room the Mazda3 offers. In the sedan’s trunk, you will have 13.2 cubic feet of space to work with. Behind the rear seat of the hatchback, you will get 20.1 cubic feet.
Tech and Safety
The Mazda3 comes standard with many tech features, and both the sedan and hatchback have Bluetooth®, HD radio, two USB ports, push-button start, an 8-speaker stereo, and an infotainment system with an 8.8-inch touchscreen. The hatchback also comes standard with proximity keyless entry, Apple CarPlay™, and Android Auto™. Both models also have many built-in safety features, including automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, a rearview camera, and pedestrian detection. Rear cross-traffic alert and blind spot monitoring are standard in the hatchback as well.
