To the entire staff at Jim Salvie's Signature Series,
I just wanted to say thank you! From the minute I stopped to ask about the price of a Jeep to the minute I drove away beeping in my shiny new Wrangler-with a full tank of gas- I was treated with friendliness and respect. I'm still smiling after the way I was treated.
I've been in customer service for many years, so I know how to recognize the good stuff. Every single person I came in contact with was professional. My sales rep was Ryan and I dealt with Kenny for the financial part but I feel like everyone waited on me.
I used to think that buying a car was a painful experience that left me asking "what happened"-- I have to say that this was not the case this time.
I wasn't jerked around, given an outrageous figure and told to "wait while I talk to the manager" six times-- My trade in wasn't picked apart or worked into the price of the Jeep-- I wasn't forced into a warranty that I didn't want and wasn't made to feel stupid about my decision.
You said what you meant and meant what you said--that doesn't happen much anywhere these days....especially car dealers, No offense :)
I will be happy to recommend you to anyone who asks and probably some that don't.
Jim, it was a pleasure doing business at your establishment and you should be proud of your staff and the reputation you are building in our community.
